Do You Charge By the Hour?
No. Our pricing is based off of each individual job and specific situation. Please contact us for a quote.
What pests do you cover?
We cover ants, spiders, occasional invaders, mosquitoes and many other common pests. Contact us with your specific needs.

We offer both natural and synthetic products. Both have their benefits. Contact us today to learn more.
What geographical areas do you service?
We service the entire Richmond/Metro and surrounding areas of Central VA.
Do you treat the inside of Homes?
The days of needing your baseboards sprayed are over! Creating an Integrated Pest Management program, using the correct product and application method, helps for little to no interior treatment for general pest. Having a clear understanding of where the pests are coming from and their habits, helps us achieve success.
Can you identify Pest?
Having over 25 years of experience in the industry and access to a number of different resources, Safe Solutions has the ability to properly ID pest.
What does your service cost?
Each of our services offered has its own cost. Give us a call for your free quote.
Do you charge for additional services?
No. If your problems persist, it is our job to ensure we fix it. With a proper IPM program in place and correction of issues we find, there will be no charge.
There may be a trip charge should the problem continue due to conducive condition that have not been corrected.
Is there a contract/agreement?
Yes. A 12 month agreement is required for service. At the end of the 12 months, if you are satisfied with our services, we will continue to keep your home or property protected. One-time services are available in specific circumstances but they there is no guarantee with these services.
What are your business hours?
We operate Monday - Friday. 8am - when we finish. Our families are our top priority and the reason we do what we do. Weekend services are few and far between and for emergencies only. An emergency fee can be applied to any and all weekend services.
